1. Subscription Service Delivery

By subscribing to the Operant Plan, you are paying strictly for **access to the practice tracking system, structural metrics, custom signal checklists, sessional SATS guidelines, and Q&A submission queues**.

2. Explicit Billing Agreements

Your subscription fee is a payment for the software service and curated materials. Under no circumstances are you paying for a guaranteed manifestation, a physical delivery, or a specific physical outcome.

Mental creation is a personal internal practice. We charge strictly for the system that facilitates your daily discipline tracking.

3. Refund Policy

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancelations will stop subsequent monthly charges, but past billing cycles are non-refundable since computational services and content access were active during those periods.
